Manager Global Business Processes Sales (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibilities:
- Key partner for IT/SAP from the business side and owner of the relevant sales processes
- Coordinate the current IT driven sales activities (CRM, Business Warehouse) and collaborate closely with Global Sales Organization
- Set global standards for our sales processes together with the national companies and support the transition to S4/HANA on the process side
- Define and prioritize new requirements regarding global sales processes for the ERP and CRM systems
- Define specification of processes for the further development of our platforms and solutions, incl. change requests, testing and release of the change requests after implementation
- Be in charge of the documentation and introduction of processes as well as initial training of key users
Qualifications we are looking for:
- Successfully completed studies
- Several years of experience in sales, in a technical department preferably in the B2B sector
- Strong experience in process management, with project management methods and with several platforms (CRM)
- Collaborative personality with excellent communication skills and persuasiveness through different hierarchical levels to balance different interests in international matrix organizations
- International project experience and experience abroad would be an advantage
- High IT affinity and business fluent English skill
