Your responsibilities:
QM Systems FUCHS SE:
- Training and support of Fuchs Petrolubs corporate departments regarding IATF 16949 as remote location
- Preparation and organization of internal audits within Fuchs Petrolub SE Holding in line with IATF 16949 remote location requirements
- Preparation and organization of IATF 16949 audits of Fuchs Petrolub SE Holding
FUCHS Group Management Systems:
- Further enhance and execute QMS strategy in alignment with overall strategy
- Continue to drive organizational setup and development of the FUCHS Quality Networks fostering the Implementation of the “Integrated Group Management System”
- Maintain and develop the corporate audit scheme
- Ensure that processes needed for the QMS are established, implemented, maintained, audited, and monitored/ tracked with related KPIs
- Develop and perform trainings group wide to make sure that all standards are correctly implemented
- Develop frame which covers beside the ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards all other relevant standards with similar intention (i.e. ISO 45001, ISO 50001, SA 8000, ISO 26000 etc)
- Establish QM as important consultant for developing processes and KPI’s within the frame of non-financial reporting standards and processes - optimization and documentation
Qualifications we are looking for:
- Completed studies degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Chemical Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar
- Experience in a leading position (direct and indirect) in QM-Management in a chemical industry or related industries with high complexity
- Experience in performing QM-audits as certified 1st/2nd party auditor (IATF 16949) – experience as 3rd party auditor desirable
- Knowledge about further Management standards, i.e. ISO 26262, SA 8000, ISO 50001, ISO 45001 etc.
- Collaborative personality with excellent communication skills and persuasiveness through different hierarchical levels to balance different interests in international matrix organizations
- A proven and demonstrable track record in applying, steering, and implementing change within QM-Management
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit with high customer focus
- Very good knowledge of English and German is required additional languages are desirable
- Willingness to travel internationally
