Global Brand Manager Automotive Aftermarket (m/f/d) As soon as possible | Mannheim
 

Your areas of responsibility: 

  • Develop and implement a brand concept for the segment Automotive Aftermarket for the FUCHS Group, especially in its 3 hubs in EMEA, Americas, Asia-Pacific
  • Translate brand concept elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Derive pricing and portfolio strategies from brand concept
  • Stay current on market trends and competitor activity and identify research needs, execute research studies to identify opportunities
  • Establish and maintain brand budgets
  • Measure and report performance of brand activities, assess KPIs
  • Run an international network of marketing professionals
  • Cooperate with our corporate marketing department

 

Qualifications we are looking for:

  • Completed studies degree in Business Administration with focus on Marketing or equivalent
  • Experience in Brand Marketing in an international work environment, ideally FMCG or automotive consumer goods related companies
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix and sound digital media knowledge
  • Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
  • Experience in project management and cooperation with agencies, suppliers
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to work cross-functionally, ideally in matrix / networked organizations
  • Fluent in English and ideally in German and willingness to travel nationally and internationally
