Continuous Improvement Manager (m/f/d) Next possible start date | Mannheim

Your responsibilities:


In your new role as Continuous Improvement Manager (m/f/d) you focus on global process coordination for it-driven sales activities, you are the key contact person for all IT and SAP related business topics and you own the relevant sales processes.


  • You take the leading role in coordinating the IT-driven sales activities (FUCHS Solution Platform, E-commerce, CRM) while working closely with the Global Sales Organization
  • You define and prioritize new requirements for our worldwide CRM and E-commerce sales processes and set the global standards for FUCHS PETROLUB SE
  • You compile the process specifications needed for the further development of our sales platforms and solutions, including the coordination of change requests, testing and the release of the change requests after implementation
  • You connect with key users in the business units, gather feedback and adjust new processes based on their feedback and experiences. After that you take responsibility for the final process implementation decision
  • You are in charge of the complete documentation, reporting and introduction of new processes as well as the initial training of key users while sharing best practices


Qualifications we are looking for:

  • Successfully completed studies (Master or Bachelor) or vocational training, preferably in a IT-related field
  • You acquired first experience in the area of (data-driven) sales, ideally in the B2B sector  
  • With your strong analytical mindset and result-oriented way of working you managed to successfully carry out (international) projects and implement process optimizations
  • Within your position you will be in contact with different national and international stakeholders. Therefore, fluent business English and German are required
  • A high affinity for IT related topics, sales processes and global-thinking complete your profile
