Associate Quality Assurance Engineer

We are looking for an Associate Quality Assurance Engineer  – to help business growth from both new and existing clients for a Korean lubricants business based in Ulsan Plant.

The Associate Quality Assurance Engineer will be accountable for product quality control, incoming inspection, 6s activity, label management, etc.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:

 

Roles & Responsibility

•  Quality analysis for produced & imported goods, raw materials

•  Conduct quality control tasks for water-soluble products and others

•  Inspection of export tanks and sampling before export and inspection of shipment samples

•  Management of storage and handling of products

•  Regular quality checks & reports for a retained sample

• Inspection upon receipt of raw materials/oils including sampling

• Compilation and management of LAB SHEET for production product testing data

• Managing LAB SHEET for incoming inspection of raw materials/oils/packaging containers

• SAP Registration of production product QC results and test values / QC Master data management support

• Input and management of non-conforming product SHEET

• Management of laboratory temperature and humidity

• Calibration of inspection equipment & creation of inspection equipment inspection forms

• Organization and management of the Lab, Sample room, and sample handling

• Technical Support Correspondence

• MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) labeling & Registration and Approval management support

• Certification duty support

 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in chemical-related major)

• Verbal & written communication in English

• Proficient in MS Office

• Independent, self-motivated, results-oriented, able to work under tight timelines, and possess a positive working attitude

• Strong professional work ethic and reliable and trustworthy personality

• Preferred competencies: Customer focus, Communication skills, Critical thinking, Teamwork & Collaboration, Agile mindset
