Regional Product & Application Manager - Industrial

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Product & Application Manager - Industrial to join our Product Management Team, reporting to the Head of Product Management - AISEA.

Your areas of responsibility:

• Manage product portfolio through its life cycle from conception to introduction; through growth maturity and then decline phases end to end.
• Define strategic needs for the product/s lines per country across the region.
• Respond to any advanced technical queries received from the business and provide support to resolve these.
• Prime contact regarding product and application expertise in the related product group.
• Review market factors such as competitors, global technology updates and advances, changes to consumer requirements and licences and approvals.
• Participate on global product management network representing the region.

Qualifications we are looking for:

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or Science majoring in Chemistry or Physics preferable or relevant trade qualification equivalents or minimum ten years direct experience within a Maintenance Support role.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in hands-on, high-level technical/automotive maintenance role or previous, extensive experience providing technical support in lubricants and industrial & specialty applications. 
• Business development experience with both Local and or Global experience.
• A deep understanding of the lubricants market is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in working across different cultures and geographies is highly desirable.
