Supply Chain Specialist

We provide high quality lubricants and services to a wide range of industries such as automotive, appliance, aerospace manufacturers, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, transportation, mining, and energy. The organization is constantly developing new technology to meet the ever-changing demands of modern industry and we are recognized for providing world-class technical support to our strong customer base.

We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to be part of the Supply Chain Management team at our Seoul headquarters and grow with the company.  This role contributes to the growth of the company and its revenue. 

 

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:

 

Roles & Responsibility

 1. Demand Planning

  - Manage sales forecasts provided by the Sales Team and prepare weekly/monthly production planning.

  - Collaborate with relevant departments (e.g., Materials, Purchasing, Production, and Sales) to adjust production plans and product schedules.

2. Global Key Account Management

  - Handle customer inventory inquiries and respond to purchase orders (PO).

  - Manage inventory levels based on supply plans for new building vessels (import and production inventory management).

3. Export/Import Management

  - Oversee export and import activities for global affiliates and third-party export operations.

  - Perform tasks including export quotations, preparation of export documents, invoice issuance, schedule coordination, and customs clearance management.

4. Inventory Management

  - Reprocess defective or long-standing inventory for production reuse and handle claims for defective imported products.

5. SAP Operations (SD & MM)

  - Manage key customer orders and process GR (Goods Receipt) for imports.

  - Perform inventory adjustments, write-offs, and other related task

6. Monthly Closing

  - Conduct monthly closing tasks, including managing sales, inventory records, consignment stock, and transportation costs for partner companies.

  - Finalize SAP system-related closing processes.

 

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree or higher.

 3–5 years of relevant experience.

 Proven experience in import/export, SAP, and demand & supply planning.

 Intermediate to advanced computer management /MS Office skills (Excel, Word)

 Proficiency in business English (reading, email writing, and communication).

 Strong collaboration and communication skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 Degree or certification in international trade or related fields.

 Experience in sales support or related roles.

 Proficiency with SAP systems.
