Supply Chain Manager

Your areas of responsibility:
- Oversee intercompany import and export operations, including planning of imported finished goods, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage Make-to-Stock (MTS) inventory for imported products, ensuring optimal stock levels while controlling slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory.
- Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to align demand forecasts, supply plans, and inventory strategies in close coordination with the Sales team.
- Manage contracts and performance of freight forwarders, logistics service providers, and third-party warehouses to ensure cost efficiency and service quality.
- Supervise Procurement and Customer Service teams, covering operational purchasing, order fulfillment, and strategic sourcing activities.
- Monitor supplier evaluation, selection, and sourcing strategies for raw materials and key categories in alignment with regional and global procurement policies.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Procurement, CS, Sales, and Logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment and issue resolution.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional and global projects, including supply chain transformation initiatives.
- Monitor supply chain KPIs and provide timely, accurate reporting on inventory, procurement, logistics performance, and cost management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, group guidelines, and local regulations while driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.
- Lead the Operations Division which includes procurement and production planning. Additionally, manage and control performance of toll blenders and 3rd party logistics provider (3PL).
- Prepare and control annual operations budgets; analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.
- Ensure that the department is properly staffed and coordinated to perform duties effectively.
Qualifications we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 10 & above years of related experience, minimum 2 years in a leadership position, preferably with international brands in the manufacturing domain
- Experience in import/export operations and procurement; CS or order management experience is a plus
- Understanding of inventory management, supply planning, and S&OP processes.
- Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and EHS standards.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and the local language with ability to work in a diverse global / regional team
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP or other ERP systems
- Strong General Management and demonstrated Leadership Skills.
