Division Sales Manager - Specialty

Your areas of responsibility :
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to increase business and market share
- Take responsibility for annual business planning, budgeting, and reporting
- Create high-quality relationships with customers and distributors to maintain and expand the customer base and to identify new business opportunities
- Handle customer complaints effectively to maintain service levels and product quality
- Receive and indent orders, liaise with the technical, commercial, and logistics team to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time
- Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, including Heads of Global Business Segments, Product Managers, and Regional Team to reach strategic targets
- New Business Development: Working with local sales & global team in defining new opportunities & leading new business development projects for target industries such as wind and thermal power plants, cement, glass containers, food, automotive, and metal processing (forging & casting)
- Key Accounts Management: Manage key accounts through regular visits, order taking, Inventory/stock management, accounts receivable management, and introduction of new products and technologies
- Provide regular weekly and monthly reporting on sales performance, project progress, and market and competitor analysis
- Coordination of all the required technical & sales issues & Introduction of new products and technologies to accounts
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales efforts and achieve overall business goals.
Qualifications we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Degree in a suitable business, chemical or engineering-related field (preferred)
- 8 & above years of experience preferably in selling high – end lubricants to food, semiconductor or related industries coupled with good sales & marketing expertise at a global or a chemical company (preferred)
- Strong General /Project Management and demonstrated Leadership Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and a good level of working on MS Office
- Self – motivated with a mindset to think and act like an entrepreneur and willing to work hands – on
- Able to travel extensively within assigned territory
- Good command of English, both verbal and written
