Customer Solutions Specialist Next possible start date | New Castle

Your responsibilities:

The Customer Solutions Specialist & Shipping Coordinator will take incoming calls from our customers, sales force and warehouse/manufacturing staff; process orders, research and resolve customer inquiries; work as a liaison for purchasing, manufacturing and sales force; communicate order status to customers and sales force. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Collects all new customer set-up data
  • Sets up and maintains customer's master data
  • Handles pricing administration and item proposals
  • Takes incoming calls from customers, sales force and warehouse/manufacturing staff
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with the regional sales force
  • Enters return authorizations (RA's) & credit memos into ERP system
  • Schedules freight shipments, & coordinate logistics for both domestic & international shipments



Qualifications we are looking for:

  • A BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
  • A strong communicator with a high degree of problem solving skills.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Teamwork, collaboration, and self-motivation.
  • Internet search skills (i.e. PRO number tracking)
  • Advanced Microsoft Word skills (inserting tables, formatting)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, manipulation of data, formatting)
  • SAP or similar ERP experience required
