Regional HR Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Act as a HR business partner to Managing Directors in the region Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East, Turkey on all aspects of people strategy
  • Proactively diagnose the organizational needs and lead the implementation and delivery of strategic people and change related projects that create value for the FUCHS business to achieve strategic goals
  • Drive and manage the recruitment process for key positions
  • Evaluate compensation programs and co-ordinate the planning and administration of employee benefits
  • Prepare the organization for anticipated changes and how it can be influenced by new technology
  • Manage employee relations practices necessary to maintaining a positive employee-employer relationship and promoting a high level of employee commitment
  • Support of the Vice President CEE in daily work and special projects and liaise with local HR

 

Qualifications we are looking for:

  • Successfully completed master’s degree with a focus on Human Resources or comparable qualification
  • Experience as an HR Manager, ideally in a regional environment, with expertise in operational HR-related processes
  • Strong expertise in organizational development, change management and cultural transformation
  • Teamplayer with analytical, conceptual skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Persistent person with excellent communication skills and persuasiveness through different hierarchical levels in matrix organizations
  • Self-driven and strong personality with a proactive and independent way of working
  • Excellent English skills, proficiency in other languages (e.g., polish) being advantageous
  • Willingness to travel internationally
