Regional Controller Middle East and Africa (m/f/d)

Your areas of responibility:

• Support the regional management as a business partner in strategic and operational tasks
• Analysis and monitoring of monthly and quarterly reports as well as budgets and forecasts
• Evaluation of weaknesses and development of measures to improve efficiency and results
• Management of projects and preparation of ad-hoc and special analysis, especially in connection with investment and acquisition projects
• Supporting subsidiaries in improving their controlling and reporting tools as well as local business development
• Acting as a business partner in representing the interests of FUCHS PETROLUB SE in connection with its investments in regional joint venture companies 
• Set up FUCHS value added and incentive calculation for the local management in coordination with the Regional Manager, the Vice President Treasury & Controlling and the responsible member of the Executive Board

Qualifications we are looking for:

• Completed studies in business administration with focus on finance and controlling
• Professional experience in the areas of investment controlling, IFRS accounting and performance management, ideally in a business partner role
• High IT affinity as well as initial ERP and SAP BW knowledge
• Proactive, determined, structured and solution-oriented approach to work
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
• Strong communication and networking skills in an international environment, ideally experience in network / matrix organizations 
• Fluent in German and English
