Manager Plan to Manufacture Solutions (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the Plan to Manufacture (P2M) workstream within the S/4HANA program Transform2Grow (T2G), covering the template design, build, and global roll-out
- Plan, conduct and moderate workshops to define integration architecture and interface requirements
- Configure and integrate SAP PP-PI and QM with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, EWM) and external systems
- Support process design, harmonization and optimization within the P2M domain
- Define test data and coordinate unit, integration, and user acceptance testing in close collaboration with functional peers and subject matter experts
- Identify and realize opportunities for process improvements and system optimization
- Develop and maintain high-quality documentation for configurations, processes and interfaces
- Manage and guide offshore teams and/or 3rd party AMS providers, ensuring delivery quality and alignment
- Collaborate with global business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into sustainable SAP solutions
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, ensuring clear alignment between business and IT, often across geographies and remote teams
- Establishing and expanding the global network and supporting the regional SAP teams as part of 2nd and 3rd level support
Qualifications we are looking for:
- Successfully completed studies in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering
- Professional experience in a comparable role in SAP PP-PI and QM (implementation and configuration)
- Solid knowledge of SAP MM; additional exposure to SD or EWM is a plus
- Strong expertise in SAP integration, data migration, and cross-module processes
- Proven track record in leading workshops, managing stakeholders, and coordinating global teams
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact at different technical and business levels
- Business fluent in English and German as well as a certain willingness to travel internationally
