Global Digital Portfolio Manager (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibilities:

• Manage the digital portfolio of the FUCHS Group, across the whole value chain, by providing visibility and direction, thus driving keeping the realization of vision and strategy on track 
• Establish and run digital portfolio management across the organization
• Steer and guide the delivery process, influence and engage with project teams and other stakeholders
• Provide guidance, thus ensure alignment of investments and operations with annual budgets and monthly forecasts
• Prepare quarterly portfolio updates for FUCHS global bodies, such as the Group Management Committee, support the preparation of decision-making in FUCHS’s Digital Board and the FUCHS goes Digital Sounding Board
• Establish the controlling and budgeting system for the digital portfolio, comprising capital expenditures, operational expenditures, FTEs and other necessary financial figures
• Provide guidance for the creation of business cases behind digital initiatives;  challenge their assumptions
• Actively host and participate in digital portfolio communication meetings and forums

Qualifications we are looking for:

• Completed master’s degree in business informatics, economics, industrial engineering or similar
• Experience in consulting or strategy functions with portfolio visibility
• Proven experience with the use of an advanced toolbox of methodologies to build and manage business cases 
• Proven experience with managing complex projects, with multiple stakeholders and distributed budgets
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and facilitation skills with an agile and entrepreneurial mindset
• Intercultural competency and high team orientation
• IT- literate, proficient with MS Project and Microsoft Office
• Excellent English and German communication and executive-level presentation skills
