Your areas of responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain Enterprise Architect Management (EAM) at FUCHS, thus contributing to IT strategy development and to IT portfolio management for the Group
- Develop and enforce a governance structure for the IT architecture, in the context of FUCHS globally
- Establish and maintain EAM methodology at FUCHS, develop the meta model, support with enforcing standards; ensure communication of EAM topics
- Coordinate with digitalization and transformation projects, e.g., for the SAP S/4 HANA roadmap of the FUCHS Group, advise on architectural impact
- Work with the operations team for FUCHS’ integration platform on the basis of modern SAP platform technologies and support with the use of current frontend technologies
Qualifications we are looking for:
- Experience in implementing EAM in complex enterprise IT infrastructures in a heterogeneous environment
- Experience in implementing an architecture framework in order to manage and scale the size and complexity of the system; Knowledge such as TOGAF, MEGAF or LAF helpful
- Completed studies degree with focus on information technology e.g. computer science or business informatics or equivalent experience in application integration and/or with cloud platforms
- Will to shape work environment proactively and to work out complex concepts
- Persistent person with excellent communication skills and persuasiveness through different hierarchical levels in matrix organisations
- Experience in the use of project and/or product management
- Ideally, knowledge of implementation and operation of modern SAP integration platform technologies, such as SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Business Technology Platform and SAP Cloud Integration
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
