Salary:
FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 CAD per year, but actual salary will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications as well as internal equity. 

Your Responsibilities:

The Sales Manager will report to the Managing Director FUCHS Canada and will be responsible for:
•    Providing leadership to the sales group throughout Western Canada 
•    Carrying out development of sales representatives with specific focus on account management and new business development
•    Working on strategic account management and divisional customer analysis
•    Creating regional sales plans and goals aligned with business objectives
•    Responsible for developing and implementing sales, marketing, financial, and structural strategies across a group of territories
•    Supporting account managers with day-to-day sales activities and individual performances 
•    Reporting on regional sales results, forecasting profits, identifying hiring needs, and analyzing market trends.
•    Ownership and accountability for the Western Canada Sales P&L 

Qualifications we are looking for:

•    Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business required.
•    At least 10+ years in B2B/B2C value added sales experience into the Automotive and Industrial segments. 
•    Experience in Lubricants or Chemical industries is preferred.
•    A minimum of 5 years‘ experience in a leadership role.
•    CRM experience (Salesforce desired)
•    Demonstrated success in opening new business
•    Solid understanding of direct selling concepts along with product and industry knowledge
•    Ability to travel overnight when needed
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
