MCO Market Manager

Your areas of responsibility:
- Formulize strategies to establish and develop FUCHS Motor Cycle Oil (MCO) Market in Indonesia
- Manage top line achievement (volume, revenue, margin, % margin) of MCO through both direct & indirect sales including AR monitoring
- Develop, ensure, and manage the implementation Distributor Management System and Account Management
- Ensure business growth of FUCHS MCO Market in Indonesia
- Regularly provide business & market update, and make possible best recommendation and/or strategic action based on current situation
- Liaise with supporting department in relation to Sales process including issue resolution
- In collaboration with marketing team to execute and monitor the marketing program ( both ATL and BTL) in the market
- Ensure code of conduct & HSE standard are properly implemented within MCO area
- Develop annual business plan in conjunction with Line Manager
- Develop and implement strategic partnership for FUCHS Indonesia and its products through motorcycle comunities and/or network
Qualifications we are looking for:
- Three and above years of experience in automotive sales (preferably in premium 2 wheeler market and community)
- Experienced representative with background in automotive industry and community, especially in MCO
- Experienced in the sale of demanding premium products which are not self-explanatory
- Experienced in key account management and/or distributor management
- Having strong entrepreneurial spirit and growth mindset
- Possessing good communication, presentation and negotiation abilities
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Good skills in data processing (MS Office)
