Area Manager - Automotive After Market September 2022 | Jakarta
 

Job Summary:

  • Manage top line achievement (volume, revenue, NC, % NC) of responsible area/account through indirect sales and active direct involvement.
  • Implement Distributor Management System and Account Management.
  • Responsible for AR collection of designated area/distributor.
  • Regularly provide standard sales reporting.
  • Provide rolling sales forecast in monthly basis.
  • Supporting Sales Manager to liaise with supporting department in related sales process & issues.
  • Ensure code of conduct & HSE standard are properly implemented.
  • Provide annual business plan draft for distributors with details activities to follow during the fiscal year.
  • Provide market intelligent / competitor activities.
  • Support Sales Manager in developing, executing, monitoring, and analyzing local & national Sales & Marketing Program.
  • In collaboration with Marketing Team to execute brand awareness development program in the designated area.


Requirement:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any major from reputable university
  • Min. 3 years of experience in aftermarket automotive lubricants or spare parts or accessories
  • Extensive experience of Aftermarket / B2C Distributor Management and or Account Management with proven results
  • Experienced representative with background in automotive lubricants.
  • Experienced in the sale of demanding products which are not self-explanatory.
  • Familiar with working within multi stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate the trade marketing programs.
  • Good understanding on Marketing and Brand Development.
  • Advanced skills on Merchandising (In Store and Out Store).
  • Advanced skills in Sales Coaching & Mentoring.
  • Experienced in Customer and Channel management.
  • Good commercial understanding, self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit
  • Presentation and negotiating abilities.
  • Product and services knowledge
  • Good written and verbal communication in English.
  • Good skills in data processing (MS Office).
  • Self-motivated (proactive / self-starting)
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Having strong networks in Automotive Aftermarket channels.
  • Easy to adapt in a fast-changing culture.
  • Open minded and familiar with open feedback culture.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
