Commercial Development Manager

We are looking for a Commercial Development Manager to drive business growth, strengthen channel performance, and enhance market presence across our lubricant business.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial initiatives that support revenue growth, improve market penetration, and strengthen distributor and customer engagement. You will work closely with Sales and other cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, optimize channel performance, and ensure the successful execution of commercial programs.
Your Areas of Responsibility:

Develop and execute commercial development and trade marketing strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets.

Identify growth opportunities through market analysis, customer insights, and channel development initiatives.

Collaborate with Sales to manage distributor and channel partner performance, including business planning, target setting, and performance reviews.

Plan and implement trade marketing programs, promotions, and customer activations initiatives.Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to recommend corrective and growth actions.

Manage commercial and trade marketing budgets, ensuring effective utilization and strong ROI.

Develop business reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to support management decision-making.

Support product launches and go-to-market strategies to maximize market penetration and customer adoption.

Drive continuous improvement in commercial processes, channel effectiveness, and customer engagement.
Qualifications We Are Looking For:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial, trade marketing, sales, business development, or channel management roles.

Strong understanding of lubricant market channels, distributor management, and customer behavior.

Proven experience in developing and executing commercial and trade marketing strategies.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, market, and financial data.

Experience managing distributors, dealers, or channel partners.

Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools.
