Area Manager Sumatera

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive business growth and strengthen our industrial lubricant market presence across Sumatera.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing distributor performance, developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone with strong commercial acumen, distributor management experience, and the ability to drive results in a dynamic market.

 

Your Areas of Responsibility:

  • Drive sales growth and achieve business targets across the Sumatera area through effective distributor management, customer engagement, and market development initiatives

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, and other business stakeholders to support long-term business growth

  • Identify market opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and support strategic sales and marketing initiatives within the industrial lubricant segment

  • Collaborate with internal teams including Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Business Development to support customer needs and overall sales execution

  • Monitor sales performance, distributor activities, and customer pipelines, while preparing regular business updates and reports for management

 

Qualifications We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial lubricant sales or related industry

  • Strong experience in distributor and key account management

  • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive sales growth

  • Self-driven, analytical, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
