Area Manager Industry - Sulawesi

Your areas of responsibility:
- Manage top line achievement (volume, revenue, NC, % NC) of responsible area/account through both direct & indirect sales.
- Implement Distributor Management System, Account Management, and Pipeline Management.
- Responsible for AR collection of designated area/account.
- Regularly provide standard sales reporting.
- Provide rolling sales forecast in monthly basis.
- Supporting Sales Manager / Senior Area Manager to liaise with supporting department in related Sales process & issues.
- Ensure code of conduct & HSE standard are properly implement within Industrial Department.
- Provide annual business plan draft for distributors with details activities to follow during the fiscal year.
- Provide market intelligent / competitor activities.
Qualifications we are looking for:
- University Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or Engineering with Technical Focus is preferred
- Min. 3 years experience of B2B Industrial (not limited to lubricants), that includes sales, marketing, and business development.
- Extensive experience of Distributor Management and or Account Management with proven results
- Experience in the sale of demanding products which are not self-explanatory.
- Good commercial understanding, self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
- Profound knowledge of Industrial Manufacturing and applications in various industries.
- Project Management Skills
- Strong analytical ability with strategic thinking.
- High travel frequency
- Having strong networks in B2B Industrial channels
- Easy to adapt in a fast-changing culture
- Open minded and familiar with open feedback culture
