SHEQ Manager
Location:
Isando - Johannesburg, ZA, 1600
Your areas of responsibility:
- Responsible for the safety, health environment, and quality assurance aspects of the business.
- Supervise and coordinate work systems to ensure that products and services of Fuchs meet the highest quality standards.
- Oversee Safety Management to ensure compliance with OHS Act and ISO requirements.
- Manage financial planning and budgeting for SHEQ-related activities.
- Approve OPEX and CAPEX expenditures within the SHEQ domain.
- Develop and implement strategy/roadmap towards a fully integrated management system (IMS).
Qualifications and skills we are looking for:
- Degree or Diploma in Quality/Chemistry / Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or related field.
- ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and IATF 16949 qualifications required.
- VDA 6.3 and ISO 50001 qualifications desirable.
- Minimum 8 years’ management experience in SHEQ.
- Minimum 5 years’ working experience in a manufacturing environment.
