SHEQ Intern
Location:
Isando - Johannesburg, ZA, 1600
Your areas of responsibility:
- Support the closure, investigation and root cause analysis of non-conformances and incidents.
- Analyse SHEQ data and assist with reports, dashboards and performance monitoring to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop, monitor and track corrective and preventive actions arising from audits, inspections and investigations.
- Support SHEQ management system activities, including document control, legal compliance, risk assessments, hazard identification, audits and inspections.
- Assist with environmental and waste initiatives, SHEQ training, safety awareness, behavioural safety and other departmental activities.
Qualifications and Skills we are looking for:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Health & Safety, Environment, Quality or related field.
- Computer literacy and MS Office Skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Basic Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 50 001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 requirements.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
