Production Manager - Grease

Your areas of responsibility:

• Control all manufacturing related activities, ensuring required products are manufactured to specified quality standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Management to deliver the production plan to achieve desired customer service levels.
• Ensure all products are manufactured in accordance with quality standards and specifications to ensure RFT manufacturing.
• Drive continuous improvement in Operations to improve efficiencies, reduce production costs and eliminate waste.
• Ensure the safety culture of the organization is upheld and improved to prevent injuries and avoid environmental incidents.

Qualifications and skills we are looking for:

• A degree (BSc, BEng, BTech or equivalent) in Engineering, Production Management or similar technical field.
• Minimum 10 years’ working experience in operations.
• Managerial experience of at least 5 years in operations management.
• Working experience of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources).
