Product Manager

Your areas of responsibility:

• The optimum and strategic development of the product range to service existing and future market demands.
• Ensure products are manufactured to the correct specification and quality control requirements.
• Providing technical and marketing support to external and internal customers.
• Develop appropriate relationships with key customers, monitor market trends, and stay abreast of future developments/ requirements.
• New product introduction and/ or discontinuation from the responsible portfolio.  
• Initiate new R&D projects.

Qualifications and skills we are looking for:

• A Degree or Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering; Business or science related.
• Previous project management experience required.
• 8-10 years’ experience in a similar role, technical sales, R&D or application engineering (lubricant, chemical/ related industry).
• Experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous.
