Maintenance Supervisor
Location:
Isando - Johannesburg, ZA, 1600
Your areas of responsibility:
- Direct and coordinate maintenance staff to prioritise corrective and preventative maintenance work.
- Drive execution of the plant maintenance plan, ensuring plant reliability, regulatory compliance and good quality manufacturing.
- Support Production in delivering the production plan to ensure good quality products are delivered to customers on time and in full.
- Evaluate maintenance work and implement improvements to the planned maintenance system and resources.
- Conduct regular plant over-inspection with maintenance staff to ensure work standards are maintained and improved.
Qualifications and skills we are looking for:

N6 Fitter and Turner with recognized Trade Test or similar qualification.

10 years' post trade test maintenance in a Manufacturing environment.

Minimum 5 years' Supervisory experience.

Basic knowledge of industrial automation hardware (Siemens S7 PLC & SCADA Systems).
