As a Senior Accountant, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy and driving strategic decision-making. Salary Range:

• Salary: Salary range is $85,000-$100,000, but actual salary will depend on experience, education, and skills

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end close process, including journal entries & accruals.
• Prepare detailed financial schedules and analyze P&L budget variances.   
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies with precision. 
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of general ledger accounts.
• Generate insights financial reports for senior management and global statekholders.
• Collaborate across teams to provide financial support and strategic insight.  
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist in budget planning and forecasting to guide financial decisions.
• Support internal and external audits with comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications we are looking for:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting (required).
• Experience: 3-5 years in Accounting, preferably in Manufacturing.
• Skills: Advanced Excel; SAP experience is a plus.
• Traits: Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
• Flexibility: Must be adaptable to monthly, quarterly, and annual deadlines.
