Salary:

FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 per year, but actual salary will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications as well as internal equity. 

Your Responsibilities:

At FUCHS Lubricants Co., the grease product manager is responsible for leading the product strategy and development of our portfolio of grease products with the primary goal of profitable sales growth and market share across targeted business segments.   

Primary responsibilities include an overall management of product portfolio, knowledge and strategic direction:
:

• Portfolio Management: refine the grease portfolio to manage product life cycle, while also working with adjacent departments to fill gaps with respect to performance, innovation, regulatory and sustainability.
• Knowledge: Provide effective training to sales and technical personnel and content for product marketing.
• Strategic Direction:  Support and lead segmentation approach together with sales and business segment leaders 
• Collaborate & guide local/regional project Research, Development & Innovation (RD&I) activities.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows and associations to promote our comprehensive grease solutions, build relationships with potential customers ultimately supporting FUCHS brand awareness.

Qualifications we are looking for:

• A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, sales, or marketing.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
• Strong knowledge of the grease industry is also a plus.
