Salary:
FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, but actual salary will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.
Your responsibilities:
The OEM Key Account Customer Solutions Specialist will support the Key Account team by handling the entire order-to-cash process. This role reports to the Customer Solutions Manager with a dotted line to Senior Key Account Manager. This is a fast-paced position where agility and time management are critical. This includes taking incoming calls from our customers, Key Account Team, and warehouse/manufacturing staff; processing orders; researching and resolving customer complaints and inquiries; working as a liaison between distribution partners, Key Account Team and OEM customer; using primarily the FUCHS supplier platform to communicating order status to the Key Account customer. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Act as the liaison between FUCHS supply chain (i.e., Purchasing, Plants,) Customer Service, Key Account Team and Customer
- Use the Fuchs/Key Account Supplier Portal to receive aggregate Orders via EDI & submit orders with Distributors
- Use the Fuchs/Key Account Supplier Portal to track shipments and manage inventory at DFOA distributor partners and dealerships
- Use the Fuchs/Key Account Supplier Portal to ensure ASNs & Invoices are sent via EDI to Key Account
- Provide reporting as agreed upon by Key Account, managing customers’ inventories.
- Assists in setting up new customer accounts
- Sets up and maintaining customer master data
- Handles pricing administration and item proposals
- Review order proposals from Materials Management
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with the Key Account team
- Provide valuable backup coverage to the dedicated Key Accounts Materials Specialist
Qualifications we are looking for:
- A BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a consumer good/ manufacturing environment required
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Strong communication skills with a high degree of problem-solving ability
- Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Teamwork, collaboration, and self-motivation
- Demonstrated agility and willingness to embrace change
- Possess a “can do” attitude with the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve with minimal direction
- High degree of time-management ability
- A positive attitude and passion for customer service
- The ability to make decisions and take ownership to service the customer
- ERP experience required. SAP is highly desired, but knowledge of AS400, JD Edwards, or Great Plains or other ERP system will also be considered
- Supply Chain/Logistics experience desired
