Materials Specialist

Your responsibilities: 

The Materials Specialist role is critical to supply chain in reviewing demand / supply position of purchased materials to successfully meet customer and Fuchs expectations, as well as but not limited to the following:

• Enter and follow up of purchase orders with suppliers; raw materials and purchased finished goods
• Purchased Materials Stocking Position Maintenance; review and modifications based on historical and forecast data
• Collaboration and Continuous Improvement as a key stakeholder in order-to-cash process

Qualifications we are looking for:

• Bachelor of Science; in business or supply chain related field, preferred
• 2+ years' experience in procurement / planning
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• SAP experience (preferred)
• 1+ years' experience in a chemical industry (preferred)
