Key Account Materials Specialist

Salary:

FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $88,000 per year, but actual salary will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications as well as internal equity. 

Your Responsibilities:

The Key Account Materials Specialist is a critical role dedicated to leading the supply continuity for a key customer ac-count. This role will be report to the Materials Manager. Working closely with cross-functional teams through the entire Order-to-Cash process, this role will ensure the right plan is in place. This includes but is not limited to: 

• Daily review of open demand vs plan. This includes decision-making of changes to align with successful servicea-bility and contractual obligations.
• Work with freight forwarding service for imported finished goods.
• Work with 3rd party suppliers both domestic and international.
• Lead regular check-in supply meetings with stakeholders, weekly basis.
• Backup support for the dedicated customers solutions representative.
• Track key performance indicators for this account such as On Time In Full (OTIF) and Range of Coverage (RoC).

Qualifications we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree required in business or supply chain 
• Experience with international freight and partners preferred
• Experience with planning/supplying third party finished materials; Toll Blending
• Highly organized, detailed orientated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment (accuracy, timeliness, reliability, adaptability, and responsiveness).
• Able to openly communicate on all levels of management, customers, and carriers.
• Experience in a customer service role is a plus.
• Intermediate Microsoft Suite proficiency; Excel, work, and PowerPoint. 
• Data analytics skillset including large data sets and use of digital tools suchs as PowerBi
• Experience workng with an ERP system, SAP experience preferred.
