Salary:
FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000 per year, but actual salary will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.
Your areas of responsibility:
The Inventory Analytics Manager is a single contributor role reporting directly to the Sr Director of Supply Chain Planning. This role is dedicated to leading the business to sustainable inventory levels and targets; focused on best-in-class practices related to Working Capital, Days Cost of Good Sold, and Inventory Rotation. This is a critical role in inventory cost management and countinous improvement to meet operational and sales objectives.
- Provide leadership in a collaborative business atmosphere focused on driving visilbility, consistency, and actions to ensure Fuchs is positioned to provide supior service and growth.
- Lead regular check-ins with business function leads to track core KPI’s, leading/lagging driver insight, and recommended ac-tions to resolve gaps in inventory objectives.
- Monitor inventory levels and trends for successful optimization, includes successfully dissecting large/complex data sets, in-sights to drive business decisions
- Effectively present results and initiatives to senior and executive level management
- Own the development and enhancement of reporting dashboards
Qualifications we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred supply chain, accounting, or engineering focus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain or inventory analytics
- SAP experience preferred.
- Strong data analytics skills in excel required.
- Experience with digitial repor.ting software such as PowerBi.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.
- Solid problem solving and organizational skills.
- Practical thinker with excellent decision-making skills and solid business acumen.
