IT Operations Manager

Salary:

FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $145,000 per year, but actual salary will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications as well as internal equity. 
 

Your areas of resonsibility:

• Lead IT operational planning, including cybersecurity.
• Allocate resources and define requirements for new technologies.
• Manage IT systems deployment, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Conduct cost/benefit analyses for IT spending.
• Oversee IT hardware, software, and equipment management.
• Manage IT staff and third-party providers.
• Ensure compliance and manage KPIs and SLAs.

Qualifications we are looking for:

• 10+ years in IT, 5+ years in management.
• Experience with Microsoft OS, Meraki, Cisco networks, and cloud computing.
• Knowledge of data protection laws (e.g., GDPR).
• BS/BA in Computer Science or related field required.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and ITIL framework.
