Salary:
FUCHS offers competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position. The pay for this position is $22 per hour, but actual compensation will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications as well as internal equity. 

Your Responsibilities:

• Identify operation improvement projects with the study of processflows, data analysis of operations to identify opportunities to improve production time
• Work with a mentor in supporting the work and reporting
• Identify areas to improve production time on key production manufacturing products
• Work with data inputs from the lab, operational time studies and utilizing software for data analysis and visualization.

Qualifications we are looking for:

• Must currently be in a Bachelor program of study in an engineering discipline (Mechanical, Chemical, Automa-tion, etc.)
• Computer skills with Microsoft office (Excel, PPT, Word, etc..)
• Strong math skills
• Prior experience with SAP and Power BI desired but not required
