Pay Range:

FUCHS offers competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position. The range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00 per hour, but actual compensation will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications as well as internal equity. 

Your Responsibilities:


The Lubrodal Operator’s responsibilities include:

  • Handling and staging raw materials for production batches.
  • Weighing and/or metering raw materials into the mixing tank.
  • Spotting trailers and assisting with material movement in the yard, as needed.
  • Mixing raw materials into the mixing tank to make the finished product.
  • Transferring finished product from the mixing tank into a proper shipping container. 
  • Regular inspections of the ball mills.
  • Reviewing the batch tickets to determine the type and quantity of graphite to be ground.
  • Following standard operating procedures for loading and unloading the ball mills.
  • Verification of raw material consumption via SAP. 


Qualifications we are looking for:

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Two plus years of previous manufacturing/plant operations experience required.
  • Experience with raw materials handling and trailer spotting is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow simple batch ticket instructions.
  • Work with limited supervision and perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Batch making and/or compounding experience is a plus. 
  • SAP experience is a plus.
