Salary Range:

• Salary: Salary range is $70,000-$100,000, but actual salary will depend on experience, education, and skills

Your Responsibilities:

• Coordinate outsourced tax preparation work.
• Prepare tax schedules as directed by third party tax accountants.
• Maintain Fixed Assets using Sage Software, coordinate capital expenditure process, maintain capital leases using  Prevero Software.  
• Prepare monthly financial schedules and balance sheet reconciliations as directed.  
• Prepare quarterly and annual fixed asset and tax schedules for parent company.
• Oversee state sales tax filings as well as state annual report filings.

Qualifications we are looking for:

• Accounting Degree required.  CPA certification a plus.
• 5 + years accounting experience.
• SAP, Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP formulas, create/manipulate tables.
• Must have a flexible schedule to accommodate monthly, quarterly, and annual deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
