Pay:
FUCHS offers competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position. The range for this position is $22 - $24 per hour, but actual compensation will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications as well as internal equity. 
 

Your areas of responsibility:

• Perform routine and non-routine chemical tests on lubrication products.
• Analyze and interpret test results, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Monitor calibration of all laboratory test equipment.
• Document and report test findings, maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate with production and R&D teams to address quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
   

Qualifications we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related STEM field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a QC laboratory, preferably in the lubrication or chemical industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using laboratory instruments and software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Available to travel as needed to attend training seminars, conferences, etc.
