Salary:

FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The salary range for this position is $68,000 - $80,000 per year, but actual salary will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications as well as internal equity. 

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating FUCHS visual communications
• Create visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate customers (both externally and internally).
• Design visually engaging marketing materials including brochures, ads, social media graphics, websites, presentations, catalogs, tradeshow booths, signage, and infographics.
• Translate written or verbal ideas into compelling visual concepts that align with brand messaging and objectives.
• Develop graphics for product illustrations, and web content, adhering to FUCHS branding guidelines.
• Select appropriate colors, typography, imagery, and layout to ensure brand consistency and visual appeal.
• Present creative concepts to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.
• Review and proof designs for accuracy before production or publication.
• Capture and digitally edit photographs of products, applications, personnel, and company events.
• Enhance video content with graphic animations as needed.

Qualifications we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in visual arts, graphic design, marketing, or a related discipline
• Adaptive design eye and skill
• 4+ years in professional digital marketing, graphic design, social media, and photography preferably with a marketing or creative agency
• Extensive experience in Adobe Creative Cloud design software, including InDesign Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a hybrid work environment
