Pay:
FUCHS offers competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position. The range for this position is $20 - $22 per hour, but actual compensation will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications as well as internal equity. 
 

 

Your areas of responsibility:

  • Responsible for daily customer intake. 
  • Entering orders into the company system, as well as customer order portals. 
  • Responsible for quoting orders to internal/external customers. 
  • Assist with internal and external customers with order modifications and expedites. 
  • Responsible for communicating customer order status to internal and external customers. 
  • Responsible for entering customer returns and complaints through SharePoint. 
  • Interacts with critical departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 
  • Responsible for identifying and communicating possible improvements in work processes. 
     

 

Qualifications we are looking for:

  • 2+ years’ experience in Customer Solutions or equivalent 
  • 2+ years’ experience in ERP system 
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office 
  • Experience dealing with customer complaints
  • Experience using ERP & CRM systems and practices
  • Knowledge of SharePoint system
  • Knowledge of Sales Pad or Salesforce/Great Plans or SAP
