  • Experience conducting or supporting open gear inspections on mills, kilns, or other large drive systems
  • Knowledge of mobile mining equipment, including haul trucks, loaders, drills, shovels, and support fleets
  • Knowledge of fixed plant and mineral processing equipment, including crushers, grinding mills, conveyors, pumps, and flotation systems
  • Familiarity with open gear lubricants, heavy-duty greases, hydraulic fluids, gear oils, and engine oils
  • Exposure to lubrication systems, condition monitoring, reliability programs, or contamination control
  • Experience with mine maintenance, mobile equipment, mill maintenance, process plant operations, mining contractors, OEMs, or industrial distribution

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of B2B field sales experience in mining, heavy industry, industrial equipment, or lubricants
  • Mining operations experience, lubrication experience in mining environments, or open gear inspection experience would be considered an asset
  • Proven success in business development, competitive conversions, and strategic account growth
  • Strong consultative and value-selling skills with the ability to quantify operational and financial benefits
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions to maintenance, reliability, engineering, operations, and procurement teams
  • Strong territory planning, account management, CRM, and forecasting capabilities
  • Comfort working independently in active mining, and cement processing environments while following all site safety requirements
  • Valid driver's licence and ability to travel extensively throughout eastern Canada, including remote mine sites and frequent overnight stays
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and focused on disciplined execution and long-term customer partnerships

Success Measures

Success in this role will be measured through:

  • Revenue and gross margin growth across the assigned mining territory
  • New mine-site application account acquisition
  • Competitive conversions and successful field trials
  • Pipeline development, opportunity progression, and forecast accuracy
  • Growth within strategic mining applications and focus products
