Maintenance Coordinator

Your areas of responsibility:

  • Analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Schedule and coordinate routine and preventive maintenance activities for all equipment and machinery.
  • Collaborate with external service providers to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule, taking into consideration production requirements and minimizing downtime.
  • Monitor equipment performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive maintenance strategies to prevent breakdowns.
  • Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely procurement of replacement parts.
  • Develop and implement process optimization initiatives to enhance overall production performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Design and implement new processes, considering safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
  • Conduct process audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Pay rate: $30-$40, based upon experience.
     

Qualifications we are looking for:

  • 5 years of experience.
  • Experience in automation and fabrication required.
  • Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • High Proficiency in electrical systems.
  • High Proficiency in plumbing systems. 
  • Experience with programming PLCs.
  • Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical schematics. Examples include single line drawings and electrical ladder diagrams, as well as mechanical drawings such as isometric, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical cross-sectional drawings. 
  • Experience with Welding and Piping Assembly.
