Senior Sales Engineer (Industry)

In this position you report to Division Manager (Industry).
Your areas of responsibility:
To achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within the assigned geographic territory/industry, you would:
- Promote the sale of lubricants through regular planned customer visits. Recommend new products wherever applicable.
- Ensure sales, collections and gross margin targets are achieved.
- Provide technical assistance and arrange successful field trials for various customer applications.
- Maintain competitive information on price, sales volume, market share and competitive marketing activity etc. to enable successful negotiation with customers.
- Forecast sales to immediate superior to ensure stocks are available.
- Update and monitor price list and ensure pricing is strictly within the approved guidelines.
- Ensure all statutory and company required paperwork is up to date through effective record keeping and organization.
Qualifications we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree with technical focus/background in chemical engineering, mechanical or industrial engineering is preferred.
- 3 & above years of experience preferably in selling high-end lubricants, chemicals, machinery industries. Working experience in MNC would be of advantage.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Thai language.
- Good skills in data processing in MS Office.
- Self-driven and motivated, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
- Have own car and able to travel extensively within assigned territory.
