OEM Manager

In this position you report to Sr. OEM Manager.
Your areas of responsibility:
To win the new OEM accounts and achieve maximum sales profitability, you would:
- Develop new OEM business for Automotive market in Thailand.
- Gain new OEM accounts with profitable according to assigned.
- Promote and maintain OEM business including developing and executing Key Account Plans for each customer through strong relationship building and value selling.
- Implement new product introduction wherever applicable.
- Ensure sales, collections and gross margin targets are achieved.
- Identify, coordinate, and execute in tender participation.
- Provide robust and timely information sharing and reporting to OEM Manager as required (monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis).
- Forecast sales to immediate superior to ensure stocks are available.
- Update and monitor price list and ensure pricing is strictly within the approved guidelines.
- Ensure all statutory and company required paperwork is up to date through effective record keeping and organization.
Qualifications we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in any fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions / functions preferably in OEM lubricant industry and Key Account Management. Working experience in MNC would be of advantage.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Thai language.
- Good skills in data processing in MS Office.
- Self-driven and motivated, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
- Have own car and able to travel extensively within assigned territory.
