Business Development Manager - Distributors Next possible start date | Bangkok

In this position you report to the Automotive Division Manager of FUCHS Thailand. 


To locate new distributors to generate consistent and profitable growth in sales revenue in the B2B and B2C sectors which includes the entire product portfolio, you would:   

•    Establish, recommend, and execute sales strategy to develop Indirect / Distributor business in Thailand.
•    Build a new client base of B2B and B2C customers with key focus on Automotive. This includes market research as well as identification, evaluation, recruitment, and contract closing with distributors.
•    Manage relationship with other team members (sales & technical) to meet all customer requirements.
•    With support from the Distributor Executive, actively manage the area for an optimized customer set up.
•    Achieve company’s sales goals within the assigned scope, provide monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
•    Develop new sales activities to attract prospects. This includes product promotions, marketing support, pricing schemes, trade shows and e-Commerce business.
•    Ensure that sales and gross margins are on track as per approved budgets.
•    Update and monitor product portfolios and price lists. Work and coordinate with the Regional Product Manager and Business Development Manager for necessary portfolio reviews.
•    Network within and outside the FUCHS Group to obtain best possible local and group performance.



•    Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in suitable business-related fields. 
•    7 & above years of experience preferably in automotive lubricants or allied FMCG, having strong experience in distributor management. 
•    Self-driven and motivated, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit. 
•    Proficient in spoken and written English and the local language.
•    Ability to travel extensively within Thailand.
