Business Development Manager (Japanese Accounts) Next possible start date | Bangkok

In this position you report to the Managing Director of FUCHS Thailand.


In order to develop sales with key Japanese accounts in all segments, you would: 


•    Identify and develop business relationship with Decision Making Units in Japanese customers/ Manufacturers and potential in Thailand.
•    Improve the relationship with the existing Japanese customers at the same time develop new potential coming from local or regional reference.
•    Conduct sales call and make customers visit or with sales or technical team.
•    Joint ownership in leading, managing, and closing business opportunity projects.
•    Provide updates/ reports on business development projects and industry information on regular basis.
•    Prepare all necessary Japanese version business documents such as business proposal, quotation, or sales and marketing material, etc.
•    Maintain contact and exchange information with other Japanese OEM personnel in other FUCHS Units. 



•    Japanese Nationality
•    Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration. 
•    3 & above years of experience in key account management and valued sales preferably in the lubricants industry, production and/or technical support area in automotive and /or electronic industry.
•    Proficient in spoken and written English. 
•    Proficient in MS Office, presentation, and negotiation abilities.   
•    Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize projects and process multiple tasks as required. 
•    Self-driven and motivated, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on company goals and objectives.
•    Ability to travel extensively within Thailand.
