Assistant Division Manager (Industry)

In this position you report to Division Manager (Industry).
Your areas of responsibility:
- Lead projects to increase market coverage of the responsible product lines and install proper product man-agement tools and processes.
- Strong B2B Selling Process and value selling approach.
- Establish, recommend, and execute sales and marketing strategy to develop assigned segment of industrial lubricants business in Thailand.
- Achieve company’s sales goals within the assigned scope such as volume, proceed, margin and account receiving including others assigned.
- Build a new client base of customers with key focus on industrial. This includes market research.
- Build good relationship with customers/prospects and parties concerned to extend business opportunities.
- Effective sales management: pipeline management, pricing management, X selling, Range selling and up selling, sales planning, pre call, post call, POPSA, visiting report including others selling activities.
- Support in driving the sales team in the daily activities ensuring focus on key segments targeted and Key Products (MWF, corrosion preventives, lubricants & greases). Ensure sales process is adhered to.
- Mentor team to increase competency and effective business process.
- Support marketing activities and company activities including work as a team and demonstrating positive attitude including be a role model for the team.
- Provide demand forecast on monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts to reflect with business growth.
- Act as “Product/Segment Champion” and elevate knowledge for product application to the whole organization.
Qualifications we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree with technical focus/background in chemical engineering, mechanical or industrial engineer-ing is preferred.
- 8 & above years of experience preferably in selling high-end lubricants, chemicals, machinery industries or B2B industries with minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial cadre having strong manpower manage-ment experience.
- Self – driven and motivated, results – oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on value selling and business profit.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Thai language.
- Good skills in data processing in MS Office.
- Good presentation skills.

- Have own car and able to travel extensively within assigned region in Thailand.
