Quality Control Specialist

Qualifications we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry,
- At least 1 year of experience in a petrochemical laboratory is preferred,
- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 is preferred.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency is preferred,
- Able to work in a shift system,
- Knowledge of lubricants and additives,
- Technical knowledge of SPC, MSA, measurement uncertainty, method validation,
- Good command of SAP, LIMS and MS Office Programs,
- Experience in spectrophotometric analysis,
- Good communication and analytical skills,
- Experienced in management processes,
- Detail-oriented, proactive, strong reporting skills and team player.
Your areas of responsibility:
- Ensure incoming inspection, testing, analysis, and quality control activities are carried out for raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products, and packaging materials,
- Ensure laboratory equipment, analytical instruments, and monitoring systems are properly maintained, calibrated, and validated, with full traceability of calibration, maintenance, and performance records,
- Take an active role in both laboratory and field operations, supporting quality assurance and quality control activities across the production site,
- Analyze quality risks in plant processes and implement preventive action plans to mitigate potential quality issues,
- Ensure traceability, accuracy, and integrity of laboratory data and test results,
- Manage validation and verification activities for new and existing laboratory test methods,
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative Measurement System Analysis (MSA) studies to ensure measurement system reliability and maintain measurement uncertainty calculations,
- Monitor emerging laboratory technologies and integrate suitable analytical methods into laboratory operations,
- Ensure the sustainability of ISO/IEC 17025 accredited methods and lead scope extension activities when required,
- Maintain and continuously improve Quality Management System documentation and coordinate internal and external audit activities,
- Support activities related to Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and Change Control,
- Conduct supplier performance evaluations and perform supplier quality audits when necessary,
- Analyze customer complaints and prepare technical investigation and resolution reports.
