Demand Planning Executive

Qualifications we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering departments of universities,

• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English,

• Excellent command of MS Office Programs, Excel in particular,

• Preferably 5-8 years of experience in the relevant job,

• SAP knowledge is an asset,

• High sense of responsibility, open to take initiatives and able to make quick decisions,

• Proactive, process and solution oriented, team player,

• Good at project management with high analytical skills,

• Strong communication skills and good at following-up,

• High ability of time management,

• Resident in İzmir. Position will be based in İzmir Aliağa Plant.

Your areas of responsibility:

• Sharing sales forecasts with the Production Planning Department on a monthly basis for all segments, tracking and reporting them,

• Creating, planning and following-up imported orders (buy-sell products) for all segments,

• Maintaining coordination between the sales team and other departments,

• Carrying out necessary work to keep the company stocks within the target limits,

• Notifying sales team of the products which do not move in the stock and carrying out the necessary work to destock,

• Working in coordination with Production Department in order to respond the production needs of the field,

• Preparing monthly forecast & actualization reports,

• Determining minimum and maximum stock limits for the products and uploading to the system,

• Tracking the production of unplanned orders from customers.
