Pay Range:
FUCHS offers competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position. The range for this position is $20 - $21 per hour, but actual compensation will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications as well as internal equity. 
 

Your areas of responsibility:

•    Maintain the required components and products needed at the various automated and manual packaging machines to ensure they can continually run.
•    Movement of manufactured product, packaging and large equipment, as well as preparing orders for shipping.
•    Read and comprehend manufacturing orders and customer instructions/specifications
•    Setup, prepare, and adjust packaging equipment 
•    Disassembling, assembling and/or minor repairs to grease and oil pumps, valves, and various packaging equipment
•    Maintain communication with coworkers and the relevant departmental managers
 

Qualifications we are looking for:

•   1+ year of applicable experience in a manufacturing environment
•   High school diploma or equivalent 
•   Basic reading, writing and computer skills required
•   Analytical & Mathematic skills
•   Attention to detail and the ability to follow step by step procedures
•   Some heavy lifting (up to 75-lbs.) may be required
